I love old tractors and enjoy
restoring them. I love to watch steam engines, Oil Pulls, and I am amazed at the power of the old "hit and
miss". And I can't understand why anyone
wouldn't want to see the muscle of the Row Crop or "G" John Deere or Farmall "M"
master the pulling sled with a full pull............. but the power of Christ has impressed me more.....
Over
40 years ago I experienced spiritual restoration. I had become kind of an old rust bucket of sin, headed for personal destruction, then I gave my heart and life to Christ! The words in the famous Psalm, Psalm 23, "He restoreth my soul"
became real to me .
Acknowledging Christ as my
Savior, I now know according to God's word that I am going to heaven. My sins
are all forgiven and I know that I can trust Christ to guide my life.
Old Iron as much as I enjoy it,
will someday perish and be gone, but my relationship to Christ will last
forever.
